Precautions and advice for use:
Massage about ten drops, two to three times a day, changing places on the body. Once on the solar plexus, once on the forearms, once on the soles of the feet etc. Do not use for longer than 15 days for adults and one week for young people and children over the age of 10. Do not use on the face or any other part of the body where the skin is more sensitive. Do not swallow. Do not massage onto mucous membranes. Do not use on animals. Do not expose massaged areas to the sun within 12 hours (lemon is photosensitising, making the skin more sensitive to UV rays).
